The latest survey by expedia.com says more and more Americans are guilty of "vacation deprivation" - that is, not taking vacation time you're entitled to. The survey found that a full one-third of us don't take all the vacation days we have coming. People need downtime or risk mental burnout or physical consequences that include elevated blood pressure, increased risk of heart attack, and physical exhaustion.
